Beautiful boho leaf brooch

Made from cotton and hand-made felt.

This nature-inspired brooch is rich in autumnal colours and cosy textures.

I handmade the felt from dyed British wool roving and then chose the pretty and subtly patterned cotton fabric to complement it. The leaf details are stitch in shimmering metallic copper thread. The brooch is hand-sewn in smooth cotton embroidery thread using traditional blanket stitch.

The perfect finishing touch to an autumnal outfit.
